Quick Tips / FAQs: 

Our office is a member of 3 Boards: TREB, Oakville / Milton, and Hamilton / Burlington. 

Subscriber Access: You can join other boards via "subscriber" or "viewer access" which allows you to search, and look up sold data, but you cannot load or edit a listing. This is typically $300-$600 per quarter. 

Some boards will limit your "viewer access" to only 2 quarters per year. 

Interboarding: If you would like to load a property on another board you will need to "interboard". Meaning the listing must first appear on your home board, and then for a fee (approx $60-90 ) you can list it on the second board without being a "subscriber"

Here is the breakdown of Oakville quarterly fees:
 
Quarterly Starting January, April, July, or October - $300 + HST
Quarterly Starting March, June, September, December (pro-rated 1 month) - $400 + HST
Quarterly Starting February, May, August, November (pro-rated 2 month) - $500 + HST

Membership: 
 
Each individual joining the Association would have to remit an entrance fee, quarterly dues upon application. Our members remit each quarter membership dues and monthly fees. 
 
We can offer you a reduced entry fee if you have been a member with another board/association for 12 months or more prior to application to RAHB. 
 

There are many great reasons to consider membership in RAHB:

Ø  Members have access to RAHB Advantage, our ever-growing affinity program in which we partner with local services offering members exclusive savings on services such as health benefits, home and auto insurance, junk removal and more!

 

Ø  Members receive monthly statistical reports directly from RAHB. The monthly e-mail includes market activity reports as well as CREA’s MLS® Home Price Index reports and access to Tableau, CREA’s HPI tool that allows you to drill down further into neighbourhood trends.

 

Ø  RAHB offers many opportunities for members to expand their knowledge through professional development sessions, and great opportunities to network with other REALTORS® at various member meetings and events as well as social media options.

 

 

Subscriber/Access: 

 

You can register for access as a subscriber, the fee is $150/Calendar quarter + a one-time fee of $25 plus HST. 

As you cannot have access for less than 1 full quarter.  


This will provide you with access to all of our own Data:

·         Dundas, Flamborough, Waterdown

·         Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Dunnville

 

This will not include uploading of listings, access to other board’s data, access to other external sites such as Geowarehouse etc.

The Subscriber Access program provides access to the Matrix system for 3 months for $300+HST.

You will receive a unique User ID and password that will allow you to access the ORTIS Regional MLS® System. Please note this will not allow you to add a listing or edit a listing yourself. You will have to go through our Interboard process to do so.

$300.00 per quarter of the year + HST.
Non-member access gives you access to our MLS® database of history on all properties listed on 22 boards and associations.
No ShowingTime, GeoWarehouse or Supra access. 
To interboard a listing on our system there is a cost of $75.00 + HST regardless of jurisdiction.
If you want Supra key access there is an additional $45.00 + HST per month. Authorized users must pay for a minimum of the next full calendar quarter in full, plus a pro-rated fee of $100.00+hst per remaining (full or partial) month in the current calendar quarter to a maximum of two full calendar quarters. Quarters commence January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

The cost is $300.00 +HST per quarter this only gives you access to see the listings, solds, conditionals on our system it does not include the ability to add or edit your own listings as they must be interboarded for $80.00 +HST

Subscriber Access allows viewing access only to all Boards belonging to ORTIS and the Ontario Collective Boards, this does not include Hamilton/Burlington (RHAB).  This provides you with the access to search sold and new properties.  
 
Interboard fee is $90.40  (HST incl.) for every listing.  
 
The Subscriber fee is $500.00 from January - December. Our fees are prorated quarterly,  Therefore the fee is presently $250.00 plus $20.00 Security plus HST, total is $305.10 (as of August).   We do not offer temporary access, once you join you are a subscriber until the end of the year that you paid.  Your access will expire at the end of December unless you renew.
