If "Call me anytime" isn't working - make yourself appear in high demand.  Post something like this in your stories once a week. "Last minute cancelation tmrw at noon - who wants to see some houses?" 


Out of office? Your clients shouldn't know about it! 

Do not give them a reason to call someone else, or ask them to put their home search on hold for you.  We can easily set you up with another agent in the office to assist while you are away.
