Rule To Putting Up OPEN HOUSE SIGNS In Mississauga


If you are holding an AGENTS OPEN HOUSE DURING THE WEEK ... we suggest the following schedule:

Toronto Area - no set schedules.   Traditionally within the first day or two of a new listing appearing on the mls system.

Most Mississauga & Oakville Agents still follow an old policy of holding open houses in "specific districts" on "certain days" ...  this helps ensure that we see the maximum homes possible in a 2 hour duration.  (10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. is best)

 
If you'd like to maximize attendance, we suggest holding your open house on the following days:
 
Mississauga
 
Tuesday:          W20
Wednesday:     W16, W19
Thursday:         W13
Friday:              W12, W14, W15
 
Oakville

Times: 10-12pm For All Of Oakville

Monday:
   Glen Abbey (GA), West Oak Trails (WT)
North: Highway 5
South: QEW
East: 16 Mile Creek
West Burloak Drive
