Steps to Interboarding to Hamilton-Burlington Board
1. Fill out the Hamilton-Burlington Data Sheet
2. Email the Data Sheet along with the Listing Agreement, the Credit Card Authorization Form, proof of listing on TREB, and a main picture to firstname.lastname@example.org of fax 905-529-6636.
If you are emailing, must write "Interboard" in the subject line and the property address in the body of the email.
Once the listing has a Hamilton MLS number, you must submit the pictures relabelled to the Hamilton-Burlington MLS number with an underscore and the order you want it to be in (ex HXXXXXX_1, HXXXXXX_2, etc).
3. Sold Conditional and Sold Firm status must be reported to the Hamilton-Burlington Board in 2 business days.
