January 26 , 2008 -- A “Best Practices for Multiple Offers” sheet is now available on TorontoMLS (type Multiple Offer into the Keyword Search field or go to Quick Links) and in the Resource Centre at TREB.
 
In contrast to the RECO-produced brochure for consumers, this pamphlet, which was developed by a TREB task force, is written specifically for Members.
 
Topics outlined in the brochure include developing and communicating a brokerage policy for dealing with multiple offers, the specific requirements of conveying offers and compensation terms, and advising clients on competing offer risks.
