As an office, we are currently members of the Toronto Real Estate board.   We have a satelite office in Milton which is a member of the Oakville Real Estate Board as well as the Burlington & Hamilton Board.    There is an extra cost to join these boards, please contact Seeta for membership fee structures.    If you would like to refer a client to Hamilton or Burlington to contact us.

If you are looking for basic information about"available" listings visit mls.ixn- which you can gain access by logging into TREB.   Click Realtor Link on the Right hand side ... from there you will see "mls IXN"... this function allows you to view all mls.ca listings across Canada with extended information (more than www.mls.ca)   Property Address, legal description, commission etc.

If you are looking for specific boards in Southern Ontario - click here.    This will link you to local boards if you require information on schools etc.

Here is an example of the Niagara Board - we are currently not members.  However there is a sutton office in St Catherines if you wish to refer a client.

MLS.CA IXN Looks just like MLS.ca however
you get to see more than consumers.
Property Addresses, Legal Descriptions, Broker Comments and
commission splits will be displayed.

REMEMBER you can only view AVAILABLE PROPERTIES
this does not provide you with SOLDS.
